Executive Committee Formation
The Executive Committee of the World Malayalee Council Florida Province Women’s Forum was officially selected and finalized on February 23, 2024. This marked the beginning of a focused and collaborative effort toward women’s empowerment, community service, and cultural engagement.
WMC AR Region Biennial Conference – April 2024
The first major program of the newly formed forum was the WMC American Region Biennial Conference, held in Orlando on April 5 and 6, 2024. The Florida Province Women’s Forum participated with great enthusiasm and played an active role in the event’s success.
Inaugural Ceremony – June 1, 2024
The official inauguration of the Florida Province Women’s Forum was held virtually via Zoom on June 1, 2024. During the ceremony, all Executive Members participated in the Oath-Taking Ceremony.

The event was well-organized and attended by a large audience. The occasion also included a celebration of Mother’s Day, adding to its significance.

All programs and initiatives of the Florida Province Women’s Forum were made possible through the constant support and encouragement of the WMC American Regional Executives and Global Leaders of the World Malayalee Council.

Charity Initiative
In keeping with our mission of community service, the forum raised funds to support Anakha, a young girl from Thiruvalla, in completing her tuition fees. The donation was personally delivered in India by Executive Member Mrs. Prabha Mathew, reflecting the forum’s commitment to meaningful action.
Virtual Engagement & Program Planning
To ensure consistent collaboration, the forum conducted several Zoom meetings throughout the year. These virtual sessions were instrumental in planning, organizing, and executing programs, while helping to maintain strong communication and team spirit among members.
Celebrations & Participation in Cultural Events
The Florida Province Women’s Forum celebrated the birthdays of all Executive Members and major festivals such as Onam, Christmas, and Republic Day through the online platform.

International Women’s Day – 2025
International Women’s Day was celebrated virtually via Zoom, with a well-attended and dynamic program.

- Mrs. Kavitha Thekkanmar, Renowned Cake Artist
The event celebrated women’s achievements and reaffirmed the forum’s mission to uplift and empower women globally.
