These Terms & Conditions govern the registration and participation in events organized by World Malayalee Council (WMC). By registering for an event, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. Event Registration
Registration for WMC events is open to eligible participants as specified for each event. Submission of the registration form does not guarantee participation unless confirmed by successful payment or approval, where applicable.
2. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. WMC is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by participants.
3. Payments & Fees
Registration fees vary by event and package selected. Payments made via online gateways (such as PayPal or Clover) are subject to the respective payment provider’s terms.
Offline payments (cash or check) must be completed as per instructions provided during registration. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the registration.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund policies, if applicable, are determined on an event-by-event basis. Unless explicitly stated, registration fees are non-refundable.
5. Event Changes
WMC reserves the right to modify event details, schedules, venues, or content due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of significant changes whenever possible.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during WMC events. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the event without refund.
7. Liability Disclaimer
WMC shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience incurred during participation in the event, except where required by law.
8. Data Privacy
Personal information collected during registration is used solely for event management and communication purposes. WMC does not sell or share personal data with third parties except where required for event operations or by law.
9. Photography & Media
By attending WMC events, you consent to photography, video recording, and use of such media for promotional and archival purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
